Ultrabalm.

Ulterbland was given to me by friend around christmas time as a tester and well, i had no idea how to use it! until i watched a few youtube videos i found out it could be a makeup remover! YES! a makeup remover, and it works amazingly, it doesnt leave my eye feeling greasy, and since i have figured this out i have fallen in love with it. Now the lush times it says it can be used for other things but to be honest i feel this one works best as a remover and i like it that way.

Mark. Makeup

I am extremely impressed with Avon's Mark. line of makeup. I have started to not wear makeup during the week while im at work due to y face seems to not like it so much, it breaks out and it just turns into a battle with my skin. But i did want something light and almost not visible. One the Mark. makeup case is so cute and has two zipper pockets (yay!). Get in line- has to be my all time favorite liquid liner. It holds on so well, it doesn't flake or bleed as well. No place to run, it a twist eyeliner pencil im really surprised that it really does hold on, i use it just on the bottom rim of my eye to help reflect a little bit more light around my eyes. The disk is eye primer for eye shadow and i have tried a few different ones and this one is neat it almost feels like a lipgloss but it holds onto the pigment you place ontop. The foundation is nice, except it has a red undertone which for right now due to a long winter i have lost a lot of that tone too my skin so with spring and summer im sure this foundation will look a lot more natural on me. Now... the illuminantor.. not sure what i think.. i find this is very light, and sheer.. which for under my eyes, well i dont want that i want to cover up my dark circles and sorta grey tone to me... it also doesnt help that where i placed it my father said " you have a little something orange right there." well... thats not a good sign if he can point that out. Therefor we will see about that one and who knows i could be using it wrong. I'll do some snooping.    

It's April!

It's April! Therefor you know what that means, RAIN! lots and lots of rain, and because i work in childcare... im outside for two hours (minimum) a day! But... I enjoy rain for one reason alone. HUNTER rubber boots! I have had my hunters for a very long time, and they have held up and after a little TLC they always end up looking brand new. So everyone enjoy the rain because it only means that flowers and all the critters will be here soon. 

 

Lush Review

Ok! Im going to start off with I NEED MORE CHARITY POT IN MY LIFE!! alright that is out of my system but it needed to be said. As you know Isa and myself went to our closest LUSH and i ended coming home with a whole new aspect of thinking of my skin and how i need to take care of it. Charity pot has become a daily staple in my life, honestly my skin has never felt this good, it makes my tattoos pop off my skin and i smell amazing all day! Alright now im going to talk about a few other LUSH products ive been using every day or alternating. 

Honey Trap! so i love anything that smells like Vanilla, it makes me feel girly and pretty and for some reason always reminds me of my mom. therefor ive always enjoyed this scent along with i remember my first ever lush product i tried was a massage bar that my mom has bought years ago and it smelt just like this, you really just want to eat the product it smells that amazing. In the winter my lips to not like me and i really do try everything but honey trap solves all my rips and cracks so YAY! this i would say is a must have and its like dirt cheap so HAPPY HEART!

Alright next up is Daddy-O. I learned the hard way is to never assume you know how to properly use a product. My previous experiences with purple shampoos are that you need to let them sit on your hair to really work and achieve a light blonde or white...So thats what i did.... bad choice my hair stained purple for 4 ish days! i had to lift it out. So my next try i just wet my hair washed it in while i was rinsing and holy cow my hair is a beautiful white! i am in love! 

 Ocean Salt. I was scared of this little guy, i had purchased it for Alex as his skin acts funny i find. He has been using it on face and body and he hasnt had a break out at all! so i thought i would give it a try as for some reason i get these like little bumps on my arms and shoulders some times i dont know but ocean salt has been making my weird areas not bream out or react to whatever was in my previous body wash... sorry dove we might never ever be friends... ever again. but something it doesnt say on the front is... VODKA! thats right its in there with the lime ready to kill EVERYTHING bad on your skin, it skins on any open cut but hey you know its working right? i will have to take a photo of what it looks like open because wow! its so pretty and the texture is so nice that you know its really working on your skin.

Alright i want to take a minute to really speak about how i really feel on LUSH, i feel by the products that i have been using im really starting to love my skin and my body as for what it truly is. Ive NEVER been one to say hey i love this on me (other than my modifications i have made) but using my face products i can confidently walk out my door with not a speck of makeup on and not care what anyone is looking at because I feel good and I feel pretty. Along with the skin care what it has been doing is amazing i can walk around my apartment it a sports bra and lulu's and feel that my skin looks beautiful and tighter and not almost have that grey shade to me that im so used to seeing. Along with feeling good on the outside it makes you feel good on the inside spending the money on these products. Fair trade, fighting against animal rights. Which i support 200%! i love my fur babies and all the creatures i have found homes and cared for, no animal deserves to be treated like poo! no matter if your not an animal person ( if thats you... you should most likely seek help... sorry not really sorry) you should always look into what really goes into product testing. i will admit i do forget sometimes what im putting on my skin and possibly what little guy had to try it before i buy it. but using products like Lush. So YAY! and thank you Lush for making me feel pretty. (thumbs up)

A New Face

I've been asked to do some reviews on the lush products that i have been using. I felt it was a good place to start was the products that i am using everyday, starting with my face.

As you know Isa and myself made a trip to the Lush that is near us. We had an amazing time and were served one on one resulting in a new face routine for me. I will admit i am known for not taking good care of my skin and face but i really want to and my goal is to have nice skin that i wont have to wear foundation anymore and being able to feel comfortable and pretty in my own skin not covered up.

It was suggested that i use Lush's Fresh Farmacy, Tea Tree Water and Vanishing Cream.

I'm going to start with Fresh Farmacy which i will say i am in love with and will be making this my life long face wash!

"Farmaceutical assistance for sensitive faces. Wash with this mild calamine and lavender bar to calm troubled skin" Lush times. Key word "troubled skin" as said in the Lush Times, yup that's me. I was reading reviews online about this and the most negative comments i could find all complained about the smell. Which i agree was different for me, its not your typical tingle your face off with overly scented chemicals from the drugstore i'm shamefully used to. 

You can strongly smell the calamine and lavender but i personally love those two smells. Calamine reminds me of summer time as a child and having bug bites and lavender reminds me a great deal of my big sister. 

I felt that the cleanser being in a solid form was neat, i felt i wasnt wasting it or using to much.

Ive only been using this for a week( twice daily) and i am already seeing an amazing difference, the first couple days i started to see the redness go down but along with it came itty bitty tiny pimples but not the type i had ever seen but i pushed through it and kept washing. Long and behold... TADA! no more tiny pimples i feel that using this cleanser resulting in cleaning my face so well was pushing out all that yucky stuff (tiny pimples) leaving my face that extreme clean from a very gentle, creamy soap! now this cleanser does leave my face very dry which means the next two products, the tea tree water well smells like tea tree (simple enough right?) so that just gets sprayed on my face before i apply the vanishing cream. And well im addicted, this cream is perfect for my face, i have dry patches and oily patches so i have always found it hard to a moisturizer that helped both and didnt work against each other.

"Our lightest moisturizer absorbs quickly and promotes clear skin with witch hazel and lavender." - Lush Times.

And it does what it says it does, the smell is not overbearing on my face which i love but i do like that it is barely there that i know its on and working away. I feel this moisturizer plays a big role in my face feeling amazing. After i let it soak in my face smells and feels amazing and so very soft! 

I would not trade this routine for anything right now, i will say that i do want to try Lush's Coal face and sub it in on days that i know i have been really hard on my face.

But i am slowly becoming more in love with my skin due too Lush! so thank you! My heart is happy!

I lucked out! Thank you Old Navy! I am extremely happy with these 20$ black shoes i found at old navy, super cute and comfy but look dressy, they are flats with open sides! Dont get me wrong i love, i mean LOVE my brand names but these are very cute and i couldn't pass them up. YAY! they had a few different colors.
